Thank you for choosing Amān Zya. Our garments are crafted in limited quantities in New York using natural fabrics and thoughtfully considered details.

Some pieces are available to ship immediately, while others are made to order in 2–5 weeks. This approach allows us to create at a more intentional pace, limit overproduction, and honor the craftsmanship behind each garment.

1. How Made-to-Order Works

If your selected piece is in stock, it will be prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

If it is not currently in stock, your order will be crafted for you by our small-batch atelier in New York City and will typically ship within 2–4 weeks.

The estimated timeline for your piece is provided on the product page and in your order confirmation.

2. Payment

Made-to-order pieces are paid in full at checkout to secure your order and begin production planning.

3. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your piece may have entered production and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident choosing Amān Zya.

Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all labels attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are subject to a $15 restocking and handling fee.

Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or style are complimentary, subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can offer store credit or advise you on the next production availability.

Return Shipping
Prepaid return labels are available. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom, altered or personalized garments and archive or final-sale pieces are not eligible for return.

6. Delivery

In-stock pieces: ship within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order pieces: typically ship within 2–5 weeks.

Should an unexpected production delay occur, we will contact you as soon as possible.
