Thank you for choosing to pre-order from Amān Zya. Our garments are produced in limited quantities to reduce waste, honor craftsmanship, and ensure the highest quality. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your piece before it enters production.

Below is everything you need to know about how our pre-order system works.

1. How Pre-Orders Work

• A pre-order reserves a garment that is not yet in stock.
• Each piece is produced in small batches in New York City using natural fabrics sourced from heritage suppliers.
• Production begins once the pre-order window closes.
• Estimated delivery timelines are listed on each product page and in your confirmation email.

2. Payment

• Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout to secure your piece.
• Because quantities are limited, we cannot hold items without full payment.

3. Changes and Cancellations

• You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 hours, materials and production planning begin, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

4. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a fair and flexible return policy to support confident purchasing while honoring small-batch production.

Returns

• Eligible within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels attached.
• Refunds are issued as store credit, or if preferred to the original payment method, minus a small $15 restocking and handling fee.

Exchanges

• Exchanges for another size or style are complimentary, when available.
• If your preferred size is sold out, we will offer store credit or notify you of the next production run.

Return Shipping

• Pre-paid return labels are available; label cost is deducted from your refund or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, altered, or personalized garments.
• Archive or final-sale pieces.

6. Delivery Timelines

• Most pre-order garments ship 6–9 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
• If production experiences any unexpected delays, you will be notified immediately.
