Nature Commitments

At Amān Zya, material integrity is how we honor the garment, the body and the planet.

Our commitments:

Natural over synthetic:

We use only natural fabrics such as, cotton, wool, and silk, fibers that breathe, age gracefully, and are biodegradable. They respect both the human body and the earth.

Details with purpose:

From corozo and mother-of-pearl buttons to self-fabric finishes, we replace plastic wherever possible and balance durability with biodegradability in trims and packaging.

Transparency and traceability:

Each garment includes a Digital Journey Card documenting its path from fabric source to atelier. While we do not yet control every step, such as fiber origin or dyeing, our goal is full lifecycle transparency, from fiber to finish.

Why it matters:

The fashion industry produces over 100 billion garments a year, and more than 60 percent are made of synthetics derived from fossil fuels. These materials release microplastics into our oceans and remain in landfills for centuries. Amān Zya exists to offer an alternative, garments that breathe, decompose, and endure with dignity. By grounding our work in natural materials, we create clothing that supports health, comfort, and continuity, a balance between elegance, responsibility, and human care.
