All pieces available to order are in stock and ship within 2 business days.

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already have been prepared for shipment, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Custom-made pieces, created to your measurements through our concierge, cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Once your piece is delivered, our standard refund policy applies.

We do not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy.
