Processing time
In-stock pieces are processed within 2 business days, and often the same day. During sale or holiday periods, please allow 2–3 business days.
Our pieces are produced in small batches in New York. If your size is unavailable, join the waitlist on the product page to be notified when it returns to production.
Custom-made pieces, crafted to your measurements through our concierge, are made in New York and ship within 2–6 weeks. Contact concierge@amanzya.com to request one.
Delivery times below begin once your order has shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when it does.
United States
- Standard: free, delivered in 5–7 business days.
- Expedited: $20, delivered in 2–3 business days.
International
We ship internationally via DHL for a flat fee of $25, delivered in 3–5 business days. Taxes and duties are included in the price you pay at checkout, so nothing further is due on delivery.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed in production or in transit, we'll contact you as soon as we know.
